Responsibilities

• Print and process employee and contractor badges per procedures.
• Review requests for completeness and photo/id standards.
• Validate information, template, and access requirements.
• Operate badge printers and related systems.
• Record serial numbers and ensure data matches records.
• Prepare badges for pickup or shipment.
• Reject incomplete requests and communicate corrections.
• Maintain badge production records and inventory.
• Monitor queues and prioritize urgent requests.
• Support high-volume badge projects and security operations.
