You will manage records, assist with onboarding and offboarding, provide professional customer service, and respond to badge-related issues while complying with site security protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Security Guard License is required.
• Experience in badge administration or access control preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Professional and discreet handling of confidential information.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Manhattan, NY.
• Evening, overnight, or early morning shifts may be required; weekend availability preferred.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and visitor badge creation, activation, and deactivation.
• Verify identification and documentation for badge issuance.
• Maintain accurate access control records and databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding badge procedures.
