Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Card Administrator / Systems Administrator to support security operations at Citizens Bank. You will manage access control systems, process badge requests, and troubleshoot system issues in a fast-paced command center environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with Lenel, CCURE, Genetec, or similar platforms, strong IT skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. High school diploma required; technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee and contractor access within access control systems.
• Process badge requests, modifications, deactivations, and access level changes.
• Monitor and maintain accurate access control records and databases.
• Troubleshoot system and badge access issues independently and efficiently.
• Respond to requests from employees, management, and security personnel regarding access privileges.
• Conduct audits of access permissions and system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation related to access control activities.
• Coordinate with security leadership, IT teams, and client representatives on system-related matters.
• Assist with investigations involving access activity, credential use, or system anomalies.
• Support overall command center operations as needed.
