Job summary

JBS USA in Ottumwa is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech Belly Complex for the 2nd shift in the Quality Control department. You will monitor product quality, ensure safety guidelines are followed, and support production objectives in a fast-paced food processing setting.

The role requires strong English communication, solid customer service mindset, and reliable attendance, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Production experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred.
• Strong attendance (3 points or less for internal employees).

Responsibilities
