As a Backup Care Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in offering comprehensive assistance to Wellthy members seeking temporary and dependable care solutions for their child, adult dependent, or pet (facilitated through warm transfer to Rover) during emergencies.
Your responsibilities will directly enhance the member journey by assisting them in establishing a tailored Backup Care Circle, comprising trusted individuals like friends, family, neighbors, and licensed providers. By guiding members through the process of sourcing and validating local care providers, you'll empower them to build a robust backup care framework for both immediate and future requirements.
You will report directly to our Backup Care Program Manager with close alignment to Care Operations.

This is a fully remote position. Our Wellthians are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
