The manager will define and lead execution on strategies to drive DaVita growth and understand dialysis patient needs. This role will focus on supporting ongoing operations focused on patient education as well as define new initiatives to support patients both pre-dialysis and during the transition to outpatient care.

The Manager will work with a team of highly motivated and analytical individuals and is expected to: (1) effectively lead work streams with dependencies on many different business units, (2) collaborate well throughout the organization, and (3) communicate recommendations to senior executives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities
  • Develops infrastructure around data, tools and processes to create sustained organizational capabilities
  • Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations
  • Continues to push thinking and find opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
  • Finds fulfillment in development and execution of strategies; Goes deep when necessary and zooms out when appropriate
  • Works closely with analysts and supports their ongoing development and growth
  • Successfully manages relationships with key partners and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Allocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
  • Creates and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives; Gets the right stuff done

Salary/ Wage Range

$69,000.00 - $117,000.00 / year
