Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking Seasonal Line Cooks for backstage catering at our amphitheater. You will prepare, cook, and present meals for artists and crew in a fast-paced environment, ensuring dietary and safety standards are met.

Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs to execute daily menus, maintain a smooth kitchen workflow, and support eco-friendly practices, including waste reduction. Prior line cook experience and a current food handler card are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook or similar in catering or events.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler's Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation for dressing room meals, riders, and bus stock.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to execute daily menus and maintain workflow.
• Support eco-friendly practices, including recycling, composting, and responsible sourcing to aim for zero waste.
