Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to support local production and touring personnel. The role involves front-facing tour greetings, dressing room assignments, and coordinating backstage operations during show days.

Responsibilities include sourcing rider items, maintaining backstage cleanliness, and collaborating with Food & Beverage to meet artist requirements. You will be the backstage brand ambassador and help drive engagement with the Artist Services team.

Qualifications

National Live event experience preferred.
Working knowledge of contracts, rider, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

Administer TI and venue hospitality programs for production and touring personnel.
Maintain back-of-house hospitality and backstage goals.
Meet tours, assign dressing rooms, and be the hospitality contact.
Coordinate show-day runners and rider items (food, drink, etc.).
Refresh dressing rooms and manage stock; ensure rider requirements are met.
Collaborate with F&B to exceed culinary expectations for artists.
Serve as backstage brand ambassador and service-culture advocate.
Coordinate budget and vendor invoices for backstage programs.
Arrange artist logistics and hotel room blocks as needed.
