Lost & Found Restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a energetic Backserver to join our front-of-house crew. You will assist servers by delivering food and beverages, greeting guests, and helping maintain a smooth dining flow in a fast-paced environment.

No prior restaurant experience required—we're happy to train the right person. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude, with opportunities to grow in a welcoming, community-centered dining concept.

Formación

• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly.
• Greet guests and assist with water service and bread service.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain dining room flow.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with running food and confirming order accuracy.
• Provide attentive, friendly hospitality throughout service.
