Job summary

City Works Pittsburgh is hiring for a front-of-house support role within Bottleneck Management. You will assist servers and bartenders, transport food from kitchen to tables and bar, and keep dining and service areas clean and organized to ensure smooth operation.

The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work opening or closing shifts. Benefits include dining discounts and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and bartenders.
• Help run food from kitchen to tables and bar.
• Clean, re-stocking, and re-setting tables.
• Ensure bar and service area is organized, clean, and neat.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Work under the guidance of our FOH managers.
• Ability to work both closing and opening shifts.
