Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
