Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing.
• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed; coordinates with management on priorities.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures; promotes safety and loss-prevention efforts.
