Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock flowing to the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, code, and secure merchandise properly.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and ensure safety.
