Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and working with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers and team.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; rotate back stock for replenishment.
