Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Delivers an excellent customer experience and maintains a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Organizes back stock for easy replenishment and communicates with leaders.
• Supports store priorities and adheres to labor policies.
