The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate for the HomeGoods store in Columbia, MO. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring smooth processing and a positive customer experience.

You will train associates, manage merchandise presentation, and adhere to safety and labor guidelines. We value team players who can multitask and lift heavy objects as needed, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player with ability to lift heavy objects (with or without accommodations).

Responsabilités

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Maintains customer experience through engagement and service.
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Partners with management on training needs and safety compliance.
• Supports labor policies and store shrink reduction initiatives.
