Job summary

Marshalls in Madison, AL is seeking a Merchandise Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a smooth flow of goods to the sales floor, while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train Associates, maintain tagging, organize backstock, and support store operations, all while adhering to safety policies and loss-prevention practices. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock flowing to the floor
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Support and participate in store safety and loss-prevention programs
