Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and signage
• Orchestrates truck delivery and replenishment
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures accurate tagging, hanging, and stocking of merchandise
• Maintains backroom organization and cleanliness
• Promotes safety and adheres to policies and procedures
• Partners with management on training needs and compliance
