Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provides an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures adherence to safety, labor laws, and company policies.
