Job summary

The TJ Maxx division of The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a store associate in Stroudsburg, PA. You will support receiving, merchandising and customer service, ensuring clean, organized floors and a smooth flow of merchandise from backroom to sales area.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership capacity, with strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask and lift items as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and a tidy store.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and rotation.
• Mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods to sales floor.
