Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Port Saint Lucie, FL seeks a retail associate to help execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will train Associates, handle backroom organization, and support store operations while adhering to labor laws and company policies. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a strong team ethic.

Competenze

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Capable of multitasking and working nights/weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Mansioni

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary.
