Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Back End Supervisor to oversee Receiving, processing merchandise, and backroom standards to move stock to the sales floor within 24 hours.

You will lead daily activities, schedule workload, coach staff, and enforce company policies while delivering strong customer service. Must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of freight processing management in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year retail freight processing environment management experience.
• Strong leadership and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour (CPH) and door-to-floor (DTF) targets.
• Schedule backroom workload to match business needs within budgeted hours.
• Direct daily inbound/outbound freight processing with EAS tagging.
• Review productivity and coach team members; record daily results.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and adhere to layout standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and initiatives.
