Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to train others and work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Maintain tagging, stocking, signage, and backroom organization.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and safety standards.
