Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and assistance.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and loss-prevention initiatives.
