Job summary

TJ Maxx in Massapequa, NY is seeking a team-oriented individual to execute receiving and merchandising standards. You’ll help ensure associates process goods efficiently, service customers, keep the store clean, and model exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
Maintain merchandising standards and backroom organization.
