Responsibilities include training Associates, organizing back stock, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to safety policies while supporting store goals. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities.
• Able to train others and work well in a team.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Maintain signage standards and safety/compliance practices.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and labor policies.
