Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. at HomeGoods Westford is seeking a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing and a stellar customer experience.

You will train Associates, organize back stock, manage flow of goods, and uphold safety, policies, and our commitment to diversity. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends; starting pay range of $17.25–$17.75 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensures Associates process tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintains a clean and organized store and delivers excellent customer service
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Promotes safety, adherence to labor laws, and company policies
• Participates in store initiatives and backroom organization
