Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Carmel, IN is seeking a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring customers have a positive experience while keeping the sales floor clean and organized.

You will train Associates, properly tag and stock merchandise, and support inventory flow to help the store meet its goals while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Organize back stock and support stock replenishment.
• Promote safety and labor law compliance.
• Assist in store operations as assigned.
