Job summary

You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates while delivering a superior customer experience and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience plus at least six months in a leadership role.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Support and participate in safety, labor law compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
