Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness standards in the backroom.
