The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team-oriented associates at HomeGoods in Benton, AR. You will execute merchandising standards, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store while supporting the overall store operation.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train others. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends with opportunities for growth within TJX’s global brand family.

Formación

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure accurate tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and improve flow of goods to the sales floor.
