Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, plus excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintains an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and stock replenishment.
• Communicates with management to address priorities and provide progress updates.
• Supports safety programs and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
