Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
• Maintains clean and organized store areas, including backroom and sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
• Monitors productivity and reinforces company standards
• Promotes safety and upholds loss prevention and recycling programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and customer service initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
