Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for HomeGoods in Gloucester, MA. You will support receiving and merchandising, help maintain store standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring associates, ensuring accurate tagging and stock flow, and maintaining a clean, organized store while adhering to safety and labor guidelines. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized store and provide exceptional customer service
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and improve store operations
