Job summary

Marshalls in the USA (Store 1650, Toccoa, GA) is seeking team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work with Associates to process goods efficiently, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to train others, with a starting hourly pay in the range of $14.00–$14.50.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
