Job summary

TJ Maxx at USA TJ Maxx Store 1005 Georgetown TX is seeking team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing. You’ll engage customers, maintain a clean store, and model outstanding service.

This role supports training and mentoring Associates while upholding safety and inventory practices. The position offers a starting pay range aligned with retail pay bands, with opportunities for growth through store-level leadership and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging customers and keeping the store organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and stocking of merchandise and ensure smooth flow to sales floor.
