Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a store Associate in Easley, SC. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, help deliver an excellent customer experience, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring Associates, tagging and processing merchandise, organizing back stock, and coordinating with leadership to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience with some leadership exposure.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and stocking of merchandise.
• Collaborate with management to maintain store goals and safety standards.
