Job summary

Marshalls, a brand of The TJX Companies, is seeking an associate to support receiving and merchandising standards in our Greenville, NC store. You will ensure efficient processing of merchandise, maintain backroom organization, and train team members while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to train others and work with and without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
