Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing of merchandise
• Maintain clean, organized store and positive customer interactions
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure accurate tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Support safety, compliance, and loss prevention programs
• Assist in backroom organization and replenishment as needed
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and provide great customer service
