Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and shrink reduction goals.
