The TJ Maxx Northborough, MA store is seeking a dedicated associate to help receive and merchandise, ensure efficient processing of merchandise, and deliver an excellent customer experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
