Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and merchandising for efficient sales floor replenishment
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintain backroom organization and recovery standards
• Promote safety and adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
