Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensures a positive customer experience and clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tags, hangs, secures, and codes merchandise accurately.
• Maintains backroom organization and safety, while supporting policy compliance.
