Job summary

Sierra Store in Castle Rock, CO, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate to support receiving, merchandising, and everyday customer service.

You will help process shipments, tag and stock merchandise, keep the floor, backroom, and signage organized, and work with a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to train others; TJX offers benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and provides an excellent customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
