Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Supports store safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
