Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or currently pursuing one.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in variable conditions.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation area.
• Sort, load, and process donated goods according to policies.
• Provide donation receipts and collect donor email addresses when applicable.
• Communicate with donors regarding accepted/non-accepted items and pickup services.
• Follow safety procedures and lifting guidelines; support store and production teams.
