Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development, backend focus with C# and .NET.
• Strong SQL Server and Azure experience, testing with Xunit, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: lead significant software components and plan tasks.
• Programming: implement features from defined requests and test thoroughly.
• Code Development: write reusable code and automation for deployment.
• Testing: create and run functional test scenarios for quality.
• Independent Work: self-manage components and report progress.
• Code Review: perform reviews for changes across the team.
• Mentorship: guide newer Software Engineers.
• Troubleshooting: assist with production incidents.
• Communication: clearly raise roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Additional Duties: contribute to team effectiveness.
