Job summary

Gridline is seeking a backend Software Engineer in Atlanta to help build the Turnkey Alternatives Management Platform. You will own critical production services, evolve our fintech SaaS architecture, and ensure our system is performant, scalable, and secure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Go and MySQL.
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience with AWS tooling and infrastructure as code is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Design: Provide guidance on design patterns, code quality, and best practices across the backend.
• Build Scalable Systems: Develop and optimize fault-tolerant services to support a growing fintech ecosystem.
• Architect SaaS Solutions: Design distributed systems focusing on data modeling, concurrency, and resiliency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Translate complex requirements into high-impact features with product, design, and operations.
