Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a backend‑leaning full‑stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents. You’ll join a small team shaping backend systems and agent infrastructure, with ownership from backend to customer‑facing experiences, turning experiments into reliable features.

You’ll contribute to production agents, reliable async systems, and end‑to‑end ownership across the stack in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering skills with production systems experience.
• Fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and async processing.
• Evidence of independent end-to-end ownership across the stack.
• Good product judgment and clear communication, with enthusiasm for creative agents.

Responsibilities

• Building production agents with prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models and MCP integrations.
• Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous tasks with performance and security.
• Developing shared evaluations and live quality monitoring for image/video outputs.
• Owning features end to end from prototyping to shipping across the stack.
