Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to advance the next generation of Creative Agents. You will own frontend, backend, agent architecture and infrastructure, shipping features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate with product, design and engineering to deliver reliable systems in production, while shaping the product direction. This role is remote and can be executed globally with optional offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build complete production applications end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend integration and system design.
• Excellent communication and product judgment in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complete agent-powered features from frontend to backend and data storage.
• Develop agent capabilities, model orchestration, and reliable asynchronous workflows for multimedia content generation.
• Build and operate production infrastructure, improving quality, performance, and security through testing and monitoring.
• Own a problem area from discovery to deployment and ongoing operation, influencing product direction across ElevenCreative.
